Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Franchise Sales Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new franchise opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and developing comprehensive business plans for franchise operations. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective franchisees, effectively communicating company goals, and ensuring alignment with Edrix's mission and values.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Franchise Sales, Franchising, and lead identification and acquisition skills
  • Proven expertise in Business Planning and franchise model development
  • Excellent Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with franchisees
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
