Sales Telecaller & Sales Executive

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Telecaller and Sales Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders. The role includes telecalling, sales coordination, preparing quotations, and supporting field/inside sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telecalling and Lead Generation
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and previous enquiries.
  • Explain company products and solutions clearly.
  • Identify customer needs and share initial information.
  • Record all lead details accurately in Excel/CRM.
  • Sales and Client Handling
  • Prepare quotations in coordination with the sales manager.
  • Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into orders.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and timelines.
  • Attend client meetings online or on-site as required.
  • Support in negotiation and order finalization.
  • Coordination and Reporting
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for pricing and documentation.
  • Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
  • Update management on sales pipeline and ongoing opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 13 years of experience in telecalling or sales.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Good persuasion and follow-up abilities.

Basic understanding of engineering or industrial products (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
