Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Business Development Executive based in Kochi. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and managing existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and continued partnerships. The ideal candidate will contribute to crafting business strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding the organization's market presence. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, pitching services to potential clients, managing client communication, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong knowledge of Business and Account Management practices
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and market research methodologies is beneficial
