Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

Location: Kochi

Experience: 14 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and converting prospects into clients through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Execute direct outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels to targeted prospects.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers who have received direct outreach campaigns.
  • Perform cold calling and prospecting using available lead databases and data funnels.
  • Identify and develop new lead generation sources to expand the prospect pipeline.
  • Generate leads through industry platforms, competitor channels, and other target sources.
  • Explore alternate lead generation channels to increase the sales funnel.
  • Generate leads through cross-selling and referral campaigns.
  • Initiate sales conversations with potential customers over phone and online communication channels.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable products or solutions that meet their needs.
  • Coordinate internally for approvals related to pricing, offers, or product packages.
  • Facilitate payment processes, including sharing payment links, explaining payment terms, and coordinating delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product/service delivery after sales closure.
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present products and promotional offers.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to convert prospects into customers.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products or services to existing customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and customer empathy.
  • Update and maintain the lead database and sales funnel regularly.
  • Prepare activity reports including number of calls, leads generated, conversions, and revenue metrics.

  • Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales over phone or online channels.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to learn product specifications and communicate benefits clearly.
