Role Overview

ToggleNow is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in selling IT services and solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth. The position involves regular travel to meet customers and requires strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads through outreach, digital channels, partner networks, and industry events.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and requirement discussions.
  • Understand customer challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams for solution design and pricing.
  • Maintain pipeline updates and provide accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Represent ToggleNow at customer meetings, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual business targets.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales for IT services or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting background.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
  • Understanding of IT services, consulting, or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and complex sales cycles.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and independent.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (MBA preferred).
