Job Description

Location: Hyderabad / Indore

Experience: 1-6 years

We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales of our products and solutions — generating leads, building relationships, and owning the pipeline from first contact to closure. Government tendering (GeM, CPPP, and PSU opportunities) is an important channel you'll work across, so comfort preparing and submitting bids is a strong plus. You'll also use AI tools daily to move faster and work smarter, in a studio that builds AI-first. This is a role for someone organized, persistent, and detail-obsessed — the kind of person who never misses a submission deadline and treats a complex tender document as a puzzle worth solving.

What You'll Do

Identify and track tenders on GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal), and other government and PSU portals, maintaining a clear pipeline of live and upcoming opportunities.

Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and bids — ensuring every submission is complete, compliant, and on time.

Build and maintain relationships with government departments, PSUs, and key stakeholders to generate and nurture opportunities.

Generate leads through online research, outreach, and portal monitoring, and qualify them into the pipeline.

Manage the sales pipeline end to end — from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.

Write clear, persuasive proposals and supporting documentation tailored to each opportunity.

Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to research faster, draft and refine documents, and improve win rates.

Maintain accurate records of tenders, submissions, deadlines, and pipeline status.

What We're Looking For (must-have)

Proven product sales experience — selling B2B SaaS, IT, or technology products, ideally with a track record of hitting targets.

Strong lead generation and online research skills.

Sales pipeline management experience — comfortable owning prospecting through closure.

Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with MS Office and comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) in daily work.

Nice To Have

Hands-on familiarity with the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal) and the government tendering process.

Experience in tender document preparation and bid submission.

Prior experience winning government or PSU contracts.

Understanding of bid evaluation criteria, EMD/bid security, and reverse-auction processes on GeM.

A track record of consistently hitting pipeline or revenue targets.
