Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

As a Business Development Executive at ZestFindz, you will be the first point of contact for potential sellers and brand partners. Your primary focus will be reaching out to leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email, following up consistently, and converting them into active sellers on the platform. Once a seller is onboarded, you will guide them through the listing process, help them set up their catalog, and ensure they go live smoothly. You will also support day-to-day product listing tasks, including uploading and organizing product information on the platform.

This is a high-ownership role where your work directly impacts platform growth. You will work closely with the founding team and get hands-on exposure to marketplace operations, seller management, and e-commerce strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Call, message, and follow up with prospective sellers and brand leads to pitch the ZestFindz platform
  • Convert leads into onboarded sellers through consistent outreach and relationship building
  • Walk new sellers through the onboarding journey documentation, catalog setup, and going live
  • Assist with product listing tasks including uploading product details, images, and pricing
  • Maintain a clean pipeline of leads and track progress using sheets or CRM tools
  • Share seller feedback with the team to improve the onboarding experience and platform offerings
  • Represent ZestFindz professionally in all seller-facing communication

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to be confident, clear, and persuasive on calls.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or customer support (freshers with strong communication are welcome)
  • Fluent in Hindi and English; any other language is a strong plus
  • Comfortable making 40–60+ calls per day and following structured outreach processes
  • Good written communication for WhatsApp and email follow-ups
  • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with learning new tools quickly
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple leads and tasks without constant supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to e-commerce, D2C brands, or marketplace operations
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Familiarity with product catalog management or listing workflows
