Job Description

We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Cloud & Cybersecurity

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2–3 Years

BeyondScale is looking for a passionate and technically inclined Business Development Executive (BDE) - Cloud & Cybersecurity to help grow our AWS Cloud Consulting practice and Securetom, our AI-powered cybersecurity platform.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of B2B outbound sales experience.
  • Experience selling AWS, cloud services, managed services, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and outbound prospecting.
  • Confidence in engaging with CTOs, IT Managers, Engineering Leaders, and other technical decision-makers.
  • Experience selling to international markets (US/UK) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities for AWS Cloud Consulting services and Securetom.
  • Follow up on AWS distributor/partner referral leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
  • Qualify opportunities before involving the technical solutions team.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and BeyondScale's solution architects.
  • Execute outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Coordinate proposals, follow-ups, and customer communication throughout the sales cycle until deal closure.

Success Metrics (KPIs):

  • Qualified discovery meetings booked.
  • Timely follow-up on AWS partner/distributor leads within the defined SLA.
  • Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQLs) created.
  • Proposal-to-win conversion rate.
  • Revenue generated from new customers.
  • Securetom trials or security assessments initiated.
