We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT sales, excellent English communication skills, and a strong ability to work with international clients.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through online research, networking, and outbound activities
- Pitch company services to prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Research organizations and individuals via professional and social media platforms to identify new markets
- Understand client requirements clearly and communicate project expectations to internal technical teams
- Draft proposals, bids, emails, and business communications aligned with project specifications
- Conduct daily follow-ups with prospects and clients regarding ongoing and open requirements
- Schedule meetings and presentations with overseas clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines
Requirements:
- Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales or business development
- Experience working with clients from USA, Canada, Europe, and UAE
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of technology, computers, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Confident presentation and professional documentation skills
