Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's software products to potential clients.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound leads.
  • Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and walkthroughs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including negotiation, pricing, and closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer success.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
  • Stay updated on product features, releases, competitors, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in software product sales.
  • Strong understanding of product-based sales models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation tools.
