Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's software products to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and walkthroughs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including negotiation, pricing, and closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer success.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
- Stay updated on product features, releases, competitors, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in software product sales.
- Strong understanding of product-based sales models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner.
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation tools.
