Job Description: Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by managing client relationships, promoting services, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, client-facing experience, and a strategic approach to sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and upsell products and services to existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and visits
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts while ensuring adherence to defined quality standards
  • Provide reliable feedback, support, and after-sales service to clients
  • Prepare and manage MIS reports on a periodic basis
  • Assist in implementing internal processes and procedures
  • Identify new opportunities and trendsetter ideas through market research, industry events, and regulatory updates
  • Travel as required for client meetings and business development activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of business development and relationship management
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple stakeholders

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Relationship Management
  • Preferred background in financial services, banking, or related sectors

Job Details:

  • Location: Ahemdabad, Gujarat
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)
  • Experience Required: 5 Years
  • Budget: Up to 6 LPA
