Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT sales, excellent English communication skills, and a strong ability to work with international clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through online research, networking, and outbound activities
  • Pitch company services to prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Research organizations and individuals via professional and social media platforms to identify new markets
  • Understand client requirements clearly and communicate project expectations to internal technical teams
  • Draft proposals, bids, emails, and business communications aligned with project specifications
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with prospects and clients regarding ongoing and open requirements
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with overseas clients
  • Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines

Requirements:

  • Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales or business development
  • Experience working with clients from USA, Canada, Europe, and UAE
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of technology, computers, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Confident presentation and professional documentation skills
