Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Proactively engage in cold calling to identify and nurture potential clients.
- Convert incoming ad campaign leads into qualified business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM platforms.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
- Act as a key point of contact between the client and internal teams.
Collaboration with Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and promote seasonal offers and campaigns.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and marketing promotions.
Sales & Closure:
- Present and pitch digital marketing, web, and app development services effectively.
- Negotiate deals and ensure timely lead closures to meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the digital marketing or IT services domain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling cold calls and client presentations.
- Ability to manage and convert leads from ad platforms like Meta & Google.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, and mobile apps is a plus.
- Goal-driven with a passion for closing deals and growing business.
