Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Proactively engage in cold calling to identify and nurture potential clients.
  • Convert incoming ad campaign leads into qualified business opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM platforms.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the client and internal teams.

Collaboration with Marketing Team:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and promote seasonal offers and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and suggestions for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and marketing promotions.

Sales & Closure:

  • Present and pitch digital marketing, web, and app development services effectively.
  • Negotiate deals and ensure timely lead closures to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the digital marketing or IT services domain.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in handling cold calls and client presentations.
  • Ability to manage and convert leads from ad platforms like Meta & Google.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, and mobile apps is a plus.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for closing deals and growing business.
