Location: Delhi (Office-based)

Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales (passionate freshers welcome)

Salary: ₹330000 – ₹360,000 per month in-hand + attractive incentives + high growth & increment chances within the year.

The Lost Compass is a Boutique DMC (Destination Management Company) based in Delhi, crafting authentic, thoughtfully designed travel experiences across India — from heritage walks and food tours to workshops, rural tourism, and curated journeys for international travellers. We're a fast-growing startup built on passion, ownership, and delivering real value through travel.

The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead B2B sales for Indian companies and manage client relationships post-deal. You'll own the domestic sales pipeline while working closely with the founder, who handles international B2B partnerships.

This is a high-impact, high-growth role in a startup where you'll have direct ownership, fast learning, and clear chances for promotion and salary increments within the first year.

What You'll Do
  • Drive B2B sales for Indian travel companies and corporate clients
  • Generate leads, reach out to prospects, and build a strong domestic sales pipeline
  • Conduct presentations, send proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Manage clients after deal closure — coordinate with the operations team for smooth delivery
  • Maintain CRM records, track sales metrics, and report regularly to the founder
  • Build long-term relationships with Indian partners and ensure repeat business
  • Identify new market opportunities and suggest growth strategies.

What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (sales background is a must)
  • Passionate freshers with strong drive and sales aptitude can also apply
  • Prior experience in the travel & tourism industry is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment with an ownership mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM tools (or eager to learn)
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and comfortable with targets.
