Sales Business Development Executive (Freelance | Commission-Based | School ERP Sales)

About the Role

EDUZEN is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Executive to promote and sell our School ERP solution to schools, educational institutions, and academic groups across India.

This is a freelance, remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for professionals with an existing network in the education sector and experience in selling educational technology, school software, ERP solutions, or related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with school decision-makers, including Principals, Directors, Trustees, and School Administrators.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Present and demonstrate EDUZEN School ERP to prospective schools and educational institutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
  • Understand school operational challenges and position EDUZEN's solutions effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product demonstrations, proposals, pricing, and onboarding support.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with schools and educational stakeholders.
  • Track sales activities, follow-ups, and conversion metrics to achieve revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in School ERP, EdTech, Education Services, School Management Software, or related B2B sales.
  • Strong network within schools, educational institutions, coaching centers, or academic organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain software and technology solutions in simple business terms.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, online sales platforms, and sales reporting.
  • Prior experience selling School ERP, LMS, EdTech products, or educational solutions will be highly preferred.
