Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Gurugram. The role involves driving new business development initiatives, identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market research.
* Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings.
* Conduct presentations and promote the company's products and services.
Sales & Client Acquisition
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
* Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Account Management
* Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for business expansion.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research & Reporting
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management presentations.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems.
Qualifications:
* 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
* Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
* Strong skills in Business and Account Management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies.
* Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in Drone, Aviation, Agri-Tech, Agrochemical, Manufacturing, or Technology-driven industries will be preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Compensation:
Salary and incentives will be offered as per market standards and candidate experience.
