Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Dwarka. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching target markets, mapping key decision-makers, and building a qualified pipeline. The role involves generating and nurturing leads through calls, emails, meetings, and networking, and converting them into long-term clients. The individual will manage client accounts by understanding hiring needs, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking sales metrics, and providing regular updates and forecasts to leadership. The role also requires building strong relationships with clients, representing the company professionally, and contributing to business growth initiatives and marketing or outreach activities as needed.
