Role Description- Business Development - Senior Executive:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive the promotion and sales of Leadership Management International (LMI) programs across Delhi NCR ( Office at Gurugram).

The role involves engaging with Industry / Business senior leaders / HR Heads , building strong relationships, and delivering measurable business growth through leadership development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote LMI Leadership & Productivity Programs to corporates, MSMEs, dealers, and professionals
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market mapping
  • Find contact details of CHROs, CXOs, Business Owners, and Decision Makers
  • Fix appointments, and follow through to conversion
  • Undertake field visits across Delhi NCR (Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, etc.) to Industry , Business premises
  • Maintain CRM updates and track sales follow up performance against targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Passionate about sales, business development, and client engagement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset
  • Experience in B2B sales, B2C consulting, training & development , or services industry preferred

Willingness for Visit Potential Clients as field work and fix client meetings will be advantage

The Business Development Senior Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram ( Delhi NCR ).

  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus)
  • Familiarity with leadership training or organizational development services will be an added advantage
  • Candidates return to work , retired direct sales or business development candidates can also reach out.

Salary Range 40,000 /month + Target incentive
