Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven B2B professional with 23 years of experience in building and managing revenue channels through corporate partnerships. The role focuses on acquiring and managing business clients who require employee accommodation, project-based long stays, relocations, and short business travel stays.
The ideal candidate understands how companies source accommodation for their teams and can convert those needs into recurring, scalable revenue partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Channel Building:
- Identify, onboard, and grow B2B revenue channels with corporates, startups, SMEs, and enterprises
- Build pipelines for long-stay requirements (monthly/quarterly stays, relocations, project teams) and short-stay requirements (business travel, offsites, events)
- Own end-to-end deal closure: lead generation pitch negotiation contracting onboarding
Corporate Partnerships
- Develop relationships with HR, Admin, Travel, Procurement, and Operations teams
- Pitch customized stay solutions aligned to corporate budgets and policies
- Create repeat business through annual contracts, preferred vendor agreements, and volume-based deals
Sales Execution
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate internally with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client experience
Market & Client Insights
- Track competitor offerings, pricing models, and corporate travel trends
- Gather client feedback to improve offerings and upsell additional services
Required Skills & Experience
- 23 years of experience in B2B sales / partnerships / business development
- Prior exposure to hospitality, corporate travel, real estate, co-living, serviced apartments, or SaaS for enterprises is a strong plus
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals and generating recurring revenue
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups
- Ability to understand business needs and convert them into tailored solutions
Good to Have
- Experience dealing with corporate stay requirements or employee accommodation
- Understanding of long-term contracts, SLAs, and preferred vendor agreements
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Startup or fast-growing business exposure
