Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and establishing relationships to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, conducting market research, and strategizing to achieve sales goals. The role also involves maintaining strong communication channels with clients and internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored recruitment solutions.
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of new Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong background in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the recruitment industry or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
