Role Overview- Why This Role Is Important

As a Senior Growth Associate, you will be directly responsible for expanding Zolo's student housing presence in your assigned area. This is a high-ownership, on-ground role that plays a critical part in driving supply, occupancy, and revenue.

You will not just support growth, you will own it. The properties you onboard and the deals you close will shape how fast the business grows in your market.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy meeting people, negotiating face-to-face, and seeing tangible results of their work.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Impact)

  • Identify and evaluate properties suitable for student housing in assigned areas.
  • Conduct regular on-ground site visits to assess feasibility and location potential.
  • Lead conversations with property owners, brokers, and local partners.
  • Negotiate rent, deposit, and agreement terms confidently.
  • Close property onboarding deals in coordination with the Area or Cluster Manager.
  • Take ownership of sales, revenue, and occupancy targets for your micro-market.
  • Track local demand, competition, and rental trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of site visits, negotiations, and deal progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.

  • Hands-on experience with site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Comfortable with extensive on-ground work.
  • Should know English and one regional language. (Kannada or Telugu preferred)
