The company specializes in cloud consulting, solution design, implementation, cost optimization, analytics, proactive monitoring, and managed security and backup services. TESCOM delivers unified support for IaaS, PaaS, and databases with 24/7/365 technical support based on the ITIL framework. In addition to cloud services, TESCOM offers SD-WAN solutions in both overlay and underlay models and has extensive network capabilities through partnerships with over 1,000 operators across India. The organization provides broadband, managed broadband, SIM, ILL, and MPLS solutions, and is a vendor-agnostic SD-WAN provider connected with major technology partners such as Cisco, Versa, Nokia, and Citrix.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Wadala. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities across TESCOM's cloud, SD-WAN, and network solution portfolio, with a focus on enterprise clients. The role involves prospecting and lead generation through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels, as well as preparing and delivering solution presentations, proposals, and commercial offers in collaboration with technical and pre-sales teams. The individual will manage and grow assigned accounts, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and meet or exceed revenue and margin targets. Daily responsibilities also include conducting market and competitor research, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with internal stakeholders for smooth project handover, and ensuring a responsive and professional customer experience.
Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Business acumen and understanding of B2B technology solutions, ideally in cloud, networking, or managed services.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Account management skills, including relationship building, opportunity expansion, and retention of key clients.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in IT/Cloud/Telecom or related industries.
  • Ability to work on-site in Wadala, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort using CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar, MS Office, online meeting platforms).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in cloud or networking are an advantage.
