Position: Business Development Executive (HVAC)Experience Required:

Minimum 2 Years of Experience in HVAC Sales / Business Development

Salary will be based on the candidate's knowledge, experience, industry exposure, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC industry.
  • Generate leads through market research, client visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, architects, and end customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC products and solutions.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams for successful project execution.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC sales, business development, or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and applications.
  • Good understanding of HVAC project costing, estimation, and commercial calculations.
  • Ability to read and understand HVAC technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation and client-handling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

  • Result-oriented and self-motivated professional.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits.
