Company Description LAVEEK ADDCHEM, established in 2019 and headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing, marketing, and distribution company specializing in polymer additives, specialty chemicals, and pharmaceutical intermediates. The company also imports and exports polymer additives and uv stabilisers for plastics and compounding, and is an authorized distributor for Nanjing Lepuz Chemical Co. Ltd and Riseway International Limited. Through a joint venture in Fujian, China, LAVEEK ADDCHEM manufactures polymer processing aids (PPA) with a production capacity of 100,000 MT per year. Additional manufacturing facilities in Vadodara produce heat stabilizers for engineering compounding and optical brighteners for detergent and textile industries. Its quality products serve plastic, paint, ink, coating, pharma, textile, detergent, and home and personal care industries, supported by a pan-India dealer network and warehouses in Vadodara,Gujarat

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Business Development Executive focused on plastic, paint, and coating chemicals. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, prospecting and generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline across target industries and regions. The Business Development Executive will visit customers, present product portfolios, understand technical and commercial requirements, and propose suitable solutions in coordination with internal teams. Responsibilities include managing and growing key accounts, negotiating prices and contracts within company guidelines, preparing quotations, and following up to close orders. The role also includes monitoring market trends and competitor activities, participating in industry events, providing regular sales reports and forecasts, and collaborating with supply chain and technical teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of business and commercial concepts, including pricing, margins, and negotiation in B2B environments.
  • Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident client presentations.
  • Experience in account management, including relationship building, retention, and growth of existing customers.
  • Relevant experience in chemicals, plastics, paints, coatings, or related industrial sectors is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM or sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently, plan field visits efficiently, and travel as needed within assigned territories.
