Key Role

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in digital marketing sales and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and converting prospects into business opportunities through both inbound and outbound sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and a good understanding of digital marketing services.

Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through platforms and tools such as Google, LinkedIn, Apollo, social media platforms, and other lead generation sources.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound sales activities including cold calling, follow-ups, and client communication.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations for the business development team.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain lead databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry insights.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or digital marketing sales.
  • Proven experience in selling digital marketing services.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Google search, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong confidence in cold calling and client handling.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, branding, and web development.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
