Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive
business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting IT services
including Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and
networking
● Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships
● Promote services such as IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and IT Staffing
● Schedule meetings and deliver effective sales presentations
● Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solutions
● Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
● Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
Required Skills
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Good understanding of B2B sales processes
● Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
● Negotiation and presentation skills
● Self-driven and target-focused
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
● 1–4 years of experience in IT services sales / business development
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud / Cybersecurity sales
● Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
● Exposure to domestic or international market
