Role Summary

TecSig is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business growth and own revenue generation across targeted regions and accounts.

The ideal candidate has a and consistently generating. This is a hands-on, hunter-style role focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and deal closure. The BDE will act as an individual contributor for their revenue target, with strong support from presales, delivery, and leadership teams.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and help expand our client base. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and eager to learn while contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, industry databases, and networking.
  • Generate leads via calls, emails, social media outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and schedule meetings for senior managers/BDMs.

Client Interaction & Support

  • Conduct initial discussions with prospects to understand their requirements.
  • Arrange demos, presentations, or meetings for the sales team.
  • Provide timely follow-up and ensure prospects remain engaged in the sales cycle.

Sales Coordination

  • Assist Business Development Manager in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate lead and deal information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, delivery) to support client onboarding.

Market & Competitor Research

  • Track industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Identify new verticals and segments for business expansion.

Performance & Reporting

  • Meet weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach targets.
  • Share regular progress reports and insights with the sales team.
  • Support overall achievement of business development goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 02 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • High energy, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of the industry (e.g., IT services, staffing, SaaS, consulting, etc.).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
