JOB SUMMARY
Elixir Filings is seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our customer base across Chennai. The ideal candidate will be a native language speaker with strong interpersonal skills, a drive for sales, and a passion for building meaningful client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a trusted brand in business registrations, tax compliance, and legal services.

- Business & Company Registrations – Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, Proprietorship, Startup India, and more
- Tax & Compliance Services – GST registration/filing, ITR, TDS, MCA/ROC, PF, ESI & Payroll
- Accounting & Bookkeeping – Monthly accounting, financial records, and audit support
- Intellectual Property (IP) – Trademark, copyright, design, and patent-related services
- Legal & Advisory – Corporate compliance, documentation, and expert consultation (CA, CS, Legal)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business leads across Bangalore through proactive outreach
- Communicate fluently with clients in regional language and English to understand their needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Present Elixir Filings products and services to prospective clients with clarity and confidence
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate compliance or legal solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals effectively
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals in CRM systems
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify opportunities
- Represent the company at business events and networking meets as required
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Requirements
- Native language speaker (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in client-facing meetings and presentations
Good to Have
- Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
- Prior experience in B2B or field sales
- Basic understanding of GST/business registrations
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore and attend events
