This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities and maintain client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you will monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business growth.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in business development strategies, lead generation, and client acquisition
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and build actionable plans
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to effectively pitch solutions
• Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or software development industry is advantageous
