The Role
We are looking for Marketing Professionals, Freelancers, and Field Promoters who understand their local markets and are passionate about driving growth for an early-stage startup. You will be the face of StayNGo in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- User Acquisition: Drive app downloads and onboard new users through field and digital efforts.
- Market Strategy: Execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to regional customer behavior.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers and hospitality partners.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent StayNGo at local events or through social media channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
- Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide feedback on local market trends to the core team.
Who You Are
- Local Expert: You have a deep understanding of your city/state's market dynamics.
- Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present and persuade.
- Digital Savvy: Comfortable using social media and mobile apps to drive sales.
- Self-Starter: You can work independently and are motivated by hitting targets.
- Experience: Prior experience in App Marketing, FMCG, Sales, or Startups is a significant advantage.
