Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Executive. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing client accounts. They will also be expected to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to achieving business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business strategies and Account Management
- Excellent Communication abilities to engage and retain clients effectively
- Proficiency in fostering client relationships and converting leads to successful projects
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets
- Knowledge of the construction or facility management sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
