Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies for market expansion. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Business Development, Lead Generation, and Market Analysis skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
  • Strategic Planning and Market Expansion skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in consulting or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
