Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, managing key client accounts, and maintaining effective communication with partners and clients. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive market expansion and identify new opportunities.
• Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
• Strong Business acumen with the ability to strategize and execute effective plans.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or API manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel is a plus
