Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generator who will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified business leads to support the sales and recruitment teams. The ideal candidate should have strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in outbound lead generation, especially within staffing, IT services, or B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and online platforms
  • Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Convert qualified leads into active business accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Qualify leads based on business requirements and decision-making authority
  • Schedule introductory calls or meetings for the Business Development team
  • Maintain and update CRM/lead tracking sheets regularly
  • Track daily outreach metrics (calls, emails, connections, responses)
  • Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure successful client servicing

Experience Required:

  • 15 years of experience in lead generation / Business Development, tele-calling, or inside sales
  • Experience in IT staffing, recruitment services, or IT services preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and cold outreach
  • Good negotiation and closing skills
  • Target-driven mindset with strong communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • MBA/PGDM (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
