• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role
• Strong skills in lead generation, market research, and client acquisition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in account management and client relationship handling
• Good understanding of business strategy and revenue growth planning
• Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet targets within deadlines
