Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Lucknow and Delhi NCR. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong professional relationships. The role requires effective communication skills to interact with potential clients and stakeholders, as well as a strategic approach to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capture growth opportunities
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management to maintain and expand client relationships
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and effectively convey ideas
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to dynamic business needs
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
