Significant Infotech is a digital & financial solutions company offering Tech, Design & Finance-as-a-Service under one roof. We build mobile apps, websites, branding, automation systems, and also provide financial enablement through our partnerships with multiple bankshelping businesses access loans, credit lines, and financial planning support.

We're now hiring a dynamic Sales Representative / Lead Generation Executive to bring in clients for both our IT services and finance solutions.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements (tech or finance), and converting them into active customers. This is a fully remote and flexible role ideal for someone who enjoys networking, consulting, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate leads for IT services (apps, websites, SEO, branding, automation, consulting).
2. Source clients needing financial services such as business loans, personal loans, credit lines, insurance, and bank financial products.
3. Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp, and email to build a strong pipeline.
4. Understand client needs and recommend the right solutiondigital or financial.
5. Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, explain services, and close deals.
6. Manage and update leads using CRM tools; ensure timely follow-ups.
7. Maintain relationships with clients to create long-term business opportunities.

Required Skills

1. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
2. Experience in IT sales, BFSI sales, consulting, or service-based sales is a plus.
3. Ability to understand both digital and financial service needs.
4. Confident in outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals.
5. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable with remote work.
