Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive for our Lucknow Branch (Onsite) to drive growth and contribute to the success of Thrymr Software through cold outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building with potential clients in IT/software services.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: identify target markets, build a qualified pipeline, and maintain CRM with leads and status.

Outbound Outreach: design and execute multi-channel cold outreach (email, phone, social); book qualified meetings; handle objections.

Sales Pipeline & Qualification: qualify opportunities, present proposals, coordinate with senior teams for closing; track deal stages in CRM.

Discovery & Nurturing: perform discovery to understand client needs and nurture warm leads through the funnel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.

Relationship Building: build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust, retention, and referrals.

Market Awareness: stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and client needs.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications: BBA or MBA from a recognized institution.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with outreach and data tools such as Zoom, Info, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho, and data enrichment platforms.
