We are looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our team and play a key role in our growth.
Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through their legal journey from initial enquiry to subscription and beyond. You will own the full sales lifecycle, consistently meet revenue targets, and work closely with our internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience. This role is ideal for an empathetic communicator who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and qualify assigned leads through calls, video consultations, and CRM follow-ups, understanding each client's legal needs and recommending the most suitable service.
Drive monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets by effectively converting leads into paid subscriptions and consultations.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from the first interaction through to subscription and post-sale support.
Track and continuously improve key performance metrics such as conversion ratios and follow-up rates.
Maintain accurate lead records and statuses in the CRM, and share feedback with the Marketing team to improve lead quality.
Work closely with the Legal and Client Servicing teams to ensure a smooth legal journey and high client satisfaction.
Achieve daily and weekly KPIs and defined input parameters consistently.
Skills & Experience
At least 1 year of experience in inside sales (SaaS, legal tech, edtech, or a related field). Candidates from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills — English and Hindi are mandatory — along with persuasion and relationship-building ability.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
An empathetic listener with the ability to build trust and focus on client success.
Comfortable with CRM tools and proficient in basic MS Office applications.
