Job Description

Business Development Executive (US Region)

Experience: 1-4 years

Location: Pune (Work from Office – 5 Days Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales Management:

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

• Qualify and assess leads from US markets based on their business needs and alignment with our solutions.

• Conduct product consultations and deliver engaging demos.

• Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and maintain strong follow-ups.

• Convert leads into sales opportunities and close deals effectively.

End-to-End Sales Cycle:

• Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closure.

• Draft and present tailored proposals and solutions to clients across the US region.

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer success, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.

• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.

Market Strategy & Intelligence:

• Stay current on US market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with the regional marketing team to refine sales approaches.

• Share customer insights and market trends with internal teams for continuous improvement.

CRM & Reporting:

• Accurately maintain and update all lead and deal information in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).

• Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, sales activities, and conversion metrics.

• Use analytics to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDBM (Mandatory)

• BE/BTech or equivalent technical background

Experience:

1 - 4 years of experience in B2B sales.

• Hands-on experience with international markets, especially for US Region.

• Proven ability to manage leads and close deals in a consultative sales environment

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively

• Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive

• Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or market research sales is preferred
