Heseos Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing Indian smart home automation company offering intelligent solutions for homes, offices, hospitality, and commercial spaces. Our product portfolio includes smart switches, touch panels, smart door locks, video door phones, curtain automation, energy monitoring systems, and AI-powered automation platforms.

We work closely with builders, architects, interior designers, electrical consultants, channel partners, and homeowners to deliver seamless automation experiences across India.

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand Heseos market presence in Pune and nearby regions. The role requires generating new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, building relationships, and closing sales.

This is a field-oriented sales role with excellent opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital enquiries.
  • Develop relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, electrical contractors, consultants, developers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations of Heseos smart home solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
  • Generate enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Sales
  • Meet assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
  • Follow up consistently until order closure.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
Channel & Partner Development
  • Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Build long-term relationships with partners.
  • Conduct product training and business meetings with channel partners.
  • Support dealer activation and sales growth initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with operations, installation, and customer support teams for timely project execution.
  • Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Identify new opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional segments.
  • Share market feedback with management for product and business improvements.
Reporting
  • Maintain all customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Submit daily visit reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly pipeline updates.
  • Track collections and coordinate with finance where required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved.
  • Revenue generated.
  • Number of client meetings and product demonstrations.
  • New builder, architect, and dealer relationships established.
  • New channel partners onboarded.
  • Proposal-to-order conversion ratio.
  • Sales pipeline value.
  • Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • CRM accuracy and reporting discipline.
Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Pune and nearby regions.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, B2B Sales, Technical Sales, or Channel Sales.
  • Candidates with experience in Home Automation, Electrical Products, Lighting, Security Systems, Consumer Electronics, Building Materials, or Real Estate Solutions will be preferred.
