Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented professional with a background in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) and an MBA in Sales/Marketing to drive the growth of Frido's Footwear category.
The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of foot biomechanics, ergonomics, and customer needs with proven B2B sales capabilities to build strategic partnerships and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales and business development for Frido's footwear portfolio.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across corporate partnerships, distributors, retailers, institutional clients, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business meetings to showcase Frido's footwear solutions and their ergonomic benefits.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiations, closures, and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer onboarding and partner support.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities within the footwear industry.
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular business updates to leadership.
- Represent Frido at trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy and MBA in Sales (BPT/MPT).
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Channel Sales. Prior experience as a practicing Physiotherapist is preferred.
- Experience in footwear, wellness, mobility, ergonomic products, consumer products, healthcare products, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
