Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a steady pipeline of qualified leads, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts. The role involves conducting outreach campaigns, scheduling and leading discovery meetings, understanding client needs, and positioning Market Disc's solutions to address business challenges. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and tracking performance against growth and revenue targets. The individual will also prepare proposals, support contract negotiations, and provide feedback from the market to help improve offerings and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business relationship building to maintain and grow key client accounts.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
  • Relevant experience in Cold Calling, International B2B sales, business development, or outboound marketing services, preferably in technology-driven or data-led environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms, and comfort working with data and analytics to guide outreach strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in business development.
