Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and nurturing relationships, and promoting RecurPost's products and services. Daily tasks will include generating leads, developing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves participating in market research and identifying trends to develop strategic business opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in business development activities, including lead generation, client engagement, and strategic partnerships
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of social media management tools, digital marketing, and content marketing
  • Ability to analyze market trends, conduct research, and identify growth opportunities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in SaaS or technology-driven products is a plus
  • Team player with excellent organizational and time-management skills
