Job Summary
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate new business opportunities for our
E-commerce and Digital Marketing services. The candidate should be confident in pitching, handling leads, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, email marketing, and networking
- Pitch company services like:
- Performance Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- E-commerce Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)
- Social Media Marketing & Branding
- SEO, Website Development
- Influencer & UGC Marketing
- Schedule meetings and product/service presentations with clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing plans
- Maintain CRM and ensure proper follow-up with prospects
- Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) for smooth project onboarding
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing & E-commerce services (basic understanding required)
- Lead generation and sales closing ability
- Negotiation and client handling skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
