Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with residential societies, explaining NoBrokerHood's value proposition to management committees, resident welfare associations, and other decision-makers. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos and meetings, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. The person in this role will manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and facilitating cross-selling of additional services. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams for implementation, and providing market feedback to support product and strategy improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Business and Account Management abilities to manage relationships with societies, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in SaaS, prop-tech, or community management solutions.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site role, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic data analysis, and preparing concise reports and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Familiarity with residential societies, RWAs, or community ecosystems in India is an advantage.
