ABOUT RAC IT Solutions

RAC IT Solutions is an Indian IT services and infrastructure company based in Mumbai. It provides IT equipment rentals, leasing, managed IT services, cloud solutions, networking, cybersecurity, and data center support for businesses. The company has been operating since 1988 and serves organizations across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the IT equipment rental market
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders with matured approach towards Account Management
  • market research to stay updated on industry trends, relevant developments and awareness towards competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals independently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics covering various dimensions

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate, MBA in Marketing (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT Hardware and Solutioning -System Integration
  • Strong understanding of the IT equipment market and preferably on rental solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results driven with a proactive and aggressive approach to sales
  • Willingness to travel as needed
