Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
- Support the sales leadership team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer data in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and sales strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, IT services, and product offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in sales (preferably IT/technology sales).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive go-getter attitude with high ownership and accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Self-driven and highly motivated with a passion for sales and technology.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
