Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to building and maintaining partnerships that contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in Account Management and building long-lasting client relationships
  • Strong Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Understanding of business fundamentals and a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in an on-site environment
  • Proven experience in business development or related roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple regional languages is a plus

Requiered Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve business goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, IT Services, Training, or Consulting industries will be an added advantage.
  • Experience handling B2B and/or B2C sales processes.
  • Knowledge of sales funnel management and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of additional regional languages will be considered an advantage.
